Cheermeister!

After long and painful anticipation, Christmas finally came, which means Brian finally got to give me the gift he's been peeing his pants about the whole month of December! I must say, his excitement was not unwarranted. The first gift was a frisbee, the second a small, squishy ball. At that point I knew we we're going to do some sort if activity, but I still had no idea what. The third and last gift was sealed in an envelope. I opened it while butterflies fluttered in my tummy. Brian had been so excited about the gift--I wanted to have the excited reaction to match. Once I unfolded the letter, I realized I would have no problem working up an excited reaction. On the page was the face of the cutest puppy I have ever seen. Underneath the photo we're the words, "Hi Olive! Come home to Provo so I can play with you!"

I have been asking Brian for a puppy ever since the day we got married, and I think even before that. He and I both know we can't actually have one yet because we live in an apartment and we're both gone all day. So, being the sweet and clever man he is, Brian got me the closest thing he could. . .

WE ARE RENTING A PUPPY FOR A DAY!
