First Date Anniversary

Our first date (and the day we met) was 2 years ago on April 9, 2011. In celebration of that all-important day, we decided to reenact our first date! So here's what we did . . .

So, I forgot to take pictures here, but we had dinner at Cafe Rio and it was sooooooo yum!  It was so crazy to remember that first time together. Things were so different! Although I will always treasure the memory of our first date, being on a married date is significantly more awesome.

While we waited for a bowling lane to open up, we checked out "The Wall," the cool new hang-out place at BYU. And guess who was there!? 

Dreamy . . .

At the bowling alley! We did "Skittles bowling" which is basically silly bowling- each color of skittle represents a kind of "technique", i.e. granny, backwards, left-handed, use the ramp, etc. It was loads of fun! Brian kicked my trash, both in the silly and normal frames.

Why, yes. Yes he has.

We finished off the wonderful night by watching this great movie. (We also did that on our first date.)


It was one of the best dates I've had (then and now) and the best part was, this time we didn't have to say goodbye!
